Founded by Tommy - a self-taught technician - the brand quickly rose to become one of the top three most trusted phone repair services in the city, officially certified for service excellence.

Tommy may not have followed a traditional academic path, but his skill, dedication, and genuine care for customers earned him a loyal clientele and a reputation built entirely on trust. When he approached me for a rebranding, it was more than a design task - it was a collaboration rooted in mutual respect, creative freedom, and a shared ambition to shape a future-ready brand.

Our goal was to develop a visual identity that went beyond just signage or store visibility. We wanted to capture the soul of the business - its reliability, its bold spirit, and its potential to grow into a broader tech service hub. Tommy envisions expanding into new service areas in the future, and the new branding needed to feel scalable, confident, and unmistakably him.

The new logo features the face of a tiger, which isn’t just a mascot - it’s Tommy’s personal nickname and spiritual symbol. Strong, agile, and fearless, the tiger represents the character of the brand. At the center of the tiger’s nose is a hidden “T” - a subtle nod to “Tom” and “Tech.” Surrounding the tiger is a shield shape, evoking a sense of protection, trust, and professionalism. Together, these elements form a bold emblem that stands apart in a crowded tech repair market often saturated with clichéd icons of phones and gadgets.

This redesign positions Tom Tech Repairs as more than a corner repair shop - it’s a destination for trusted, long-term tech solutions. A brand with teeth, heart, and vision.
